• Profile photograph uploaded during registration
• Gender, age group, and caste category (voluntarily provided)
• Full address, pincode, gram panchayat, tehsil, and district
• System-generated 10-digit unique User ID

• Business name, service descriptions, and coverage area
• Qualifications, documents, and profile details submitted during agent registration

• Message content, service title, timestamps when an inquiry is submitted
• User phone number shared with the agent to enable WhatsApp reply

• Device type, OS version, IP address at login
• Firebase Auth token and session data
• OneSignal push notification subscriber ID (Player ID)

• Name, email, phone, user ID, and written explanation submitted via Account Support page

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account creation, authentication, and profile display
• Connecting users with local service agents based on their area
• Forwarding inquiry details to the relevant agent
• Enabling WhatsApp-based replies from agents to users
• Sending push notifications via OneSignal (new inquiries, status updates, announcements)
• Suggesting government schemes based on caste, age group, gender, and area
• Reviewing account ban appeals and support requests
• Detecting misuse and enforcing platform policies
• Complying with applicable Indian law

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We strictly do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data under any circumstances.

• With Agents – your name, phone, and inquiry message are shared with the agent you contact
• With Firebase (Google LLC) – for database, storage, and authentication services
• With OneSignal Inc. – your device token and user ID for push notification delivery
• With Legal Authorities – if required by law, court order, or to protect user safety
• With Admins – internal moderators can view profiles for quality control and ban management

4. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored on Google Firebase servers with industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest)
• Firebase Authentication handles login — passwords are never stored in plain text
• Profile images stored on Firebase Storage with restricted access
• Firestore security rules prevent unauthorised access to sensitive collections
• No system is 100% secure — please report any suspicious activity to us immediately

5. Third-Party Services Used

• Firebase (Google LLC) – Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage — Privacy Policy
• OneSignal Inc. – Push notifications — Privacy Policy
• WhatsApp (Meta) – Used by agents to reply to users via deep link; no WhatsApp data is stored by us
• Google Fonts – Font rendering; no personal data transferred beyond standard HTTP headers
• SharedPreferences – Stores language and dark mode settings locally on your device only

6. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to:

• Access – request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction – update inaccurate information via app settings or by contacting us
• Erasure – request account and data deletion; we will comply within 30 days unless retention is legally required
• Withdraw Consent – disable push notifications anytime via your device settings
• Nominate – nominate someone to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
• Grievance Redressal – contact our Grievance Officer listed in Section 12

14. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of services, agents, and information before engaging. Suvidha Connect does not guarantee outcomes of services provided by third-party agents.

7. Children's Privacy

Suvidha Connect is designed for users 13 and above. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required before registering.

8. Cookies & Device Data

Suvidha Connect is a native mobile app and does not use browser cookies. The following device-level data is stored:

• SharedPreferences – language and dark mode saved locally on your device; never sent to our servers
• OneSignal Device Token – synced to Firebase to enable push notification delivery
• Cached Images – profile images may be cached locally by Flutter's image library for performance
• Firebase SDK – automatically collects crash and performance data per Google's Privacy Policy

9. Push Notifications

We send push notifications via OneSignal for:

• New inquiry alerts (for agents)
• Agent application status updates
• Platform announcements from administrators
• Account-related alerts (ban or reinstatement)

You can disable notifications anytime via your Android/iOS device notification settings. This will not affect core app functionality.

10. Data Retention

• User Profiles – retained while account is active; deleted within 30 days of account deletion request
• Inquiries – retained until deleted by the user from the My Inquiries page
• Support Appeals – retained for minimum 90 days after resolution
• Legal Hold – data may be retained longer if required by law or ongoing investigation

11. Changes to This Policy

• We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be notified via push notification and in-app announcement.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
