By downloading, installing, or using the Suvidha Connect application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the application and stop using it immediately.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Suvidha Connect ("we", "our", "the Company")
- These Terms apply to all users — general users, service agents, and administrators
- Accessing any part of the application constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy
- You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
2. Description of Service
Suvidha Connect is a hyperlocal service discovery and inquiry platform for rural and semi-urban India. It allows:
- Users to find local service agents within their gram panchayat, tehsil, or district
- Users to send inquiries to agents directly through the app
- Agents to list their services and respond to user inquiries via WhatsApp
- Administrators to manage the platform, approve agents, and moderate content
- Users to explore relevant government schemes based on their profile
📌 Suvidha Connect is a technology intermediary only. We do not directly provide any agent services and are not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of any service delivered by an agent.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use this application; users under 18 require parental or guardian consent
- Agents must be at least 18 years of age and provide truthful information about their services
- You must be a resident of India or have a valid Indian mobile number for registration
- Users previously permanently banned may not re-register without explicit written approval from us
- We reserve the right to deny access to any user at our sole discretion
4. Account Registration & Security
Registration Requirements
- You must complete the registration form truthfully — name, phone, email, photo, gender, age group, caste category, and area
- Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these Terms
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
Unique User ID
- A 10-digit unique User ID is auto-generated at registration and assigned to your account
- This ID is non-transferable and must be provided during support or appeal requests
Profile Photo
- You must upload a clear, recent, and accurate photograph of yourself
- Photos must not contain offensive content, logos, or images of other people
- We may remove any profile photo that violates this policy
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner. Specifically:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all app interactions
- Communicate respectfully with agents, users, and administrators
- Use the inquiry system only for genuine service-related inquiries
- Respect the privacy and personal data of other users and agents
- Report any bugs, security issues, or misuse to our support team
6. Agent / Service Provider Terms
Agent Approval
- All agents must apply and receive admin approval before being listed on the platform
- Agents must provide accurate details about services, qualifications, and area of operation
- Misrepresentation of services or qualifications results in immediate suspension
Agent Responsibilities
- Agents are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of their services
- Agents must respond to inquiries professionally and in a timely manner
- Agents must not use user phone numbers for spam, unsolicited marketing, or any purpose beyond the inquiry
- Agents must comply with all applicable Indian laws including consumer protection regulations
Agent Conduct
- Agents must not impersonate government officials or claim false affiliations
- Agents must not charge undisclosed fees or engage in fraudulent billing
- Agents must maintain professional and respectful communication with users at all times
⚠️ Suvidha Connect is not liable for any financial loss, service failure, or dispute between a user and an agent. Users transact with agents entirely at their own risk.
7. Inquiry System
- The inquiry system allows users to submit a message to an agent for a specific service
- Inquiry data — name, phone, message, and service title — is stored and shared with the relevant agent
- Users may delete their own inquiries at any time from the "My Inquiries" section
- Agents can view received inquiries and reply via WhatsApp using the app's pre-filled template
- The inquiry system must not be misused for harassment, spam, or off-platform solicitation
- We reserve the right to monitor inquiry content to detect abuse or policy violations
8. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on Suvidha Connect:
- Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or gain unfair advantages
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries
- Impersonating any person, government official, or organisation
- Uploading obscene, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content
- Collecting user data for unsanctioned purposes (e.g., data harvesting)
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
- Bypassing any platform security measures or access controls
- Using the platform to facilitate bribery, corruption, or illegal services
- Spamming users or agents with unsolicited messages
- Sharing another user's personal data without their explicit consent
- Using automated bots or scripts to access the platform
⚠️ Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, design, code, and trademarks of Suvidha Connect are the exclusive property of the Company
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the application without written permission
- By uploading content (e.g., profile photo, service description), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the app
- "Suvidha Connect" and "सुविधा कनेक्ट" may not be used in any third-party context without written permission
10. Account Suspension & Ban
Grounds for Suspension
- Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
- Verified misuse of the platform reported by users or agents
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity detected on the account
- Repeated violations even after prior warning
Ban Procedure
- Banned users are notified via in-app messaging and/or push notification
- A "banned" flag is applied to the account and visible to admins
- Banned users may submit one appeal through the Account Support page with name, email, phone, user ID, and a written explanation
Appeal Process
- One appeal per account per incident is allowed
- Appeals are reviewed within 7–15 business days
- The Company's decision on appeals is final and binding
- Re-registering while banned without approval constitutes an additional violation
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Suvidha Connect is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind
- We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of any agent profile, service listing, or government scheme information
- We are not responsible for any service, transaction, or dispute between a user and an agent
- The WhatsApp redirection feature is a convenience only; we are not responsible for any external communications
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the platform
- We are not liable for any data loss, financial loss, or damage from unauthorised account access
- We are not liable for acts, omissions, or services provided by agents
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 3 months before the claim
- We are not responsible for failures caused by network outages or third-party service disruptions (Firebase, OneSignal)
13. Third-Party Links & Services
- The app may redirect to third-party services including WhatsApp, external URLs, and government websites
- We have no control over third-party content or practices and assume no responsibility for them
- Accessing third-party services is done at your own risk, subject to those services' own terms and policies
- Firebase, OneSignal, and Google are separate entities governed by their own terms of service
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India
- Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation
- Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India
- Consumer disputes may be raised before the appropriate Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
15. Modifications to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time; changes take effect from the date of publication
- Significant changes will be communicated via push notification and in-app announcement
- Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
- If you do not agree with revised Terms, you must uninstall the application and stop using it
